I've been a creative for as long as I can remember. Starting in grammar school and extending throughout college, I have always been drawing or designing something in a variety of mediums — paper, canvas, flowers, digital art, hair. These days, whether I'm in FRONT of my computer monitor or in BACK of a styling chair, I'm always helping my clients present the best image possible.
I love the quote from the 2005 Stanford commencement speech by Steve Jobs about "connecting the dots" when looking back over your life. In it, he celebrates connecting seemingly disparate interests, talents and achievements, and having the faith that they'll come together to benefit you later in life. Over the years, I've experienced varied creative interests — illustration, design, photography, hair-styling, marketing & merchandising — and I'm thrilled that at this point in my life, the dots have all come together to create the exciting "multi-hat" business model that I now benefit from and am passionate about.
